The plunger pump is an important device in the hydraulic system. It relies on the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder to change the volume of the sealed working chamber to achieve oil suction and oil pressure. The plunger pump has the advantages of high rated pressure, compact structure, high efficiency and convenient flow regulation.
The plunger pump is widely used in high pressure, large flow and flow regulation occasions, such as hydraulic presses, engineering machinery and ships.
The plunger pump is generally divided into single plunger pump, horizontal plunger pump, axial plunger pump and radial plunger pump.
The total reciprocating stroke L of the plunger pump plunger is constant and is determined by the lift of the cam. The amount of oil supplied by the plunger per cycle depends on the oil supply stroke, and the oil supply stroke is not controlled by the camshaft and is variable. The start time of oil supply does not change with the change of the oil supply stroke. Rotating the plunger can change the end time of oil supply, thereby changing the amount of oil supply. When the plunger pump is working, the cam on the injection pump camshaft and the plunger spring force the plunger to reciprocate up and down, thereby completing the oil pumping task. The oil pumping process can be divided into the following two stages.
